PAYMENT
Debit/Credit card:You don't need a paypal account to pay this way. Just follow the instructions when paying through paypal but use the debit/credit function.Paypal: If you have a paypal account this is ideal, also quicker for you, but if you're not set up for this you can either do the above or send a
Cheque: I will email you with the relevant details when the purchase is done. Once your cart is full you will need to copy and paste it to me in an email.
Bank Transfer: This is quick and easy. I will send you my details and all you need to do is telephone your bank the required amount to my account.
Once your payment has been accepted I will ship out your goods.
POSTAGE
Postage is a standard £2.50 which includes recorded delivery.I choose this option for peace of mind on behalf of both parties.
Items are prettily gift wrapped but if you prefer not to then please say.
Care is always taken with the packaging of your goods.
RETURNS
Buyer contacts me within 7 days of the despatch date. Please be aware of this before placing an order (eg. bear in mind any holidays or work away).Buyer pays for returned postage which needs to be by recorded delivery for your own proof or a refund cannot be given.
You will receive a full refund of the item only.
Due to health and hygiene all pierced jewellery cannot be returned.
Any commissioned work cannot be returned but can be altered.
